I'm crying right now. I used the first ink from this company just fine, but it ran out the first day, as well. I put in a second cartridge, printed a couple of things, and went to bed.This morning I got up to work on more of my orders, and after five head cleanings, four different cartridges, my Light Magenta nozzle is clogged, and there is no way for me to fix it. Plus, my printer didn't even read two of their cartridges.I'm so incredibly upset. I have a ton of orders, and now I have to order a new printer all together as it's cheaper than sending it to get it professionally fixed.I never had an issue with this printer until now, and when I put this companies cartridge into my printer.

My printer recognizes these cartridges and they work great, just a good as the Epsons.

My printer would not accept the cartridge. Tried and tried and tried. Got so frustrated I just gave up and went to Office Depot and bought the epson cartridge which worked fine. I was hoping the LD would work because it was so much cheaper but you get what you pay for

Received a great deal on this cartridge. Shipping was quick, packaged well and the ink is every bit as good as what I would have paid for a single cartridge from an office place.

The cartridges do not show up on the printer. I even brought them to Costco to have them reset but the Epsom Artesian 837 will NOT start with them in place.
