Its 4 stars just because the hose is as hard as a diamond in an ice storm. It's very well built but I had to put silicone spray and use a heat gun to soften the hose enough to go over a 1/4-inch barb. Once it locked on, I imagine I'll have to cut it off next time. But in all honesty, it's a good value. Other hoses on amazon from Chinese manufacturers are usually super soft and gummy. Once they have fuel run through them for 6 months they get brittle ( and I only run non ethanol). Tygon is the best but it's so expensive when you have long fuel runs. The best black rubber hose you can get is usually at your local parts store, but it can get costly by the foot. This hose is the best value in my opinion. So all in all I would buy it again. Just know all the reviews are true that mention how stiff it is.

Was just what to get my generator running

This fuel hose is way too stiff, very difficult to get around bends on my Wheel Horse tractor. Additionally would not seal with spring clamps, had to purchase worm drive clamps to get it to seal on the fittings, and then that was also difficult. I do not recommend this product.

Great for relocating the diff breather on the nissan frontier

The hose is too hard. It leaked no matter what I tried. I tried worm clamps and fuel injector clamps. I tried plastic fittings and brass barb fitting and no luck just kept leaking. Will be returning asap.
