Good Quality Large Glass Jars
I have started to make sourdough and this is perfect for the starter. Ball Mason jars are great jars and the 'double' lid always seals properly. They are very strong glass. Also means they are good for dishwashing and getting them sterile. Also great for making large batches of pickles or jams/marmalades.

Trying to make sourdough and 2 of the jars broke while stirring the mixtureLuckily I decided to make 2 batches of starter otherwise I would be back at square 1 and a week wastedGoing to have to order new jars because if another one breaks it will be a disaster’s
