Nice looking, nice feeling- won't stay elevated
I bought this chair near the beginning of the pandemic lockdown since working from home 100% became a thing. It wasn't difficult to put together and the first few months it was wonderful. Then the pneumatic core started malfunctioning- I set it at the top because I'm tallish (6') and it is comfortable for extended periods. I started noticing that when I got up for whatever reason and came back, the chair would lose height as soon as I sat in it. So I'd pull the lever and it would raise up and all would be well. Until I got up again and then rinse and repeat. After a while, it got so that it would sink on its own. Now, it takes several tries before it will hold its height with me in it. It is annoying, to say the least- and while it isn't the most expensive chair, it cost enough that I expected it to work w/out issue. Now, its just something I have to deal with but when I replace this chair (which will likely occur sooner rather than later as it seems to take more and more tries to get it to set) it won't be another one from this manufacturer.

FULLY Adjustable.
I bought this as a replacement for my old Staples chair with similar adjustments that was wearing out. Why this chair:Back is height adjustable.Back is tilt adjustable.Seat is tilt adjustable.Seat is height adjustable.Arms are height adjustable.Lumbar support is adjustable. The only adjustments missing are front-to-back on the seat relative to the back and being able to move the arms in or out.WHY can nobody else make a chair this adjustable? Why are they no longer sold in stores? I don't know, but every local store has nothing that adjusts like this. I need to be able to tilt the seat and the back and a proper angle due to having a bad back, and this chair lets me do that. This is my first time ordering a chair sight unseen, too. I prefer to sit first then buy. I took a risk on this one and I'm happy that I did.Other pluses: The back and seat are FIRM. I'm not sitting on bolts sticking through the cushion, and the back gives solid support. The arms go low enough and are short enough that my keyboard tray doesn't tear them up. Assembly was pretty straight forward and all tools (except for a box knife to cut the plastic) are included.Cons: Some people might not like the seam in the center. It doesn't bother me. It does make the lower back a bit sweaty but I don't like cold on my back so a mesh chair was not an option for me. It is a bit heavy and some of the cushioning doesn't look even in places. The instructions are very basic. For what I'm getting for $150 I'm not going to complain. Conclusion: Not perfect, but I've sat on a lot worse. This is comfortable. I live in front of a screen so having a chair that can adjust and be comfortable for long sessions is a necessity for me. So far so good.

Are you smarter than a 5th grader? :) No instructions but comfy chair
When I received this chair, immediately i noted that the chair came without instructions on how to assemble. Now, I am a very handy guy and things like that do not daunt me on something like a chair, however I could see this as an issue for those who are less mechanically inclined. If you feel adventurous, order the chair. If not, maybe look for a different deal. Only takes 12 screws to assemble, and interference fit for a few other items, but I know not everyone can do this. Pro tip: 4 shortest screws are for the base that attaches to the seat, then there are two packs, one with with 4 screws and one with 2. They are the longer ones but are actually all the same, giving 6 screws for the arm rests. Finally there are two smaller ones with yellow lock tight on them. This is for the lumbar adjustment knob which mounts just forward of the right arm rest. The wheels snap in, the shock interference fits into the base, the chair interference fits on the shock top, and the back slides in to the backrest clamp. Done.

I am happy with my purchase.
Needed a new chair for my home office set up. My last chair was all right but started to make this weird creeking noise and it was only a year old. Because my desk has an undermount keyboard tray, it was difficult typing because the arms of my old chair were not adjustable and kept hitting the keyboard tray, pushing it back under the desk. This chair has adjustable arms that I can lower or raise when I need to. It also allows me to adjust the tension in the seat, adjust the angle of the chair in relation to my desk so I can sit in a more relaxed position if I want and raise or lower my chair to the height I need. The only two complaints I have are the arms do not meet the back of the chair, leaving a gap which makes it hard when you sit in the thinking position to one side or the other like I do. And, the back of the chair is not as high as my old chair so I can't rest the back of my head if my chair is in a more relaxed position. I would have to slouch a little. Other than those two things, it's a nice QUIET chair.

Not bad, but not the most ergonomic
If you are looking for back support, this isn’t for you, but it towers compared to what I used to have. I liked it so much I bought another. One for work and one for gaming.I took a star off because it can’t compare to those 1000 dollar ergonomic chairs... and it shouldn’t. It’s a lot cheaper in price. That said, I didn’t feel right giving it five stars. It’s very comfortable. Keep in mind if you want to add the rollerblade wheels it will be higher, which I learned. I ended up not using them. If I decide to, I will need to raise the table for comfort reasons. But again, that is not the chair’s fault. All in all, this is a good comfortable chair. I could see sitting in it for 3 hours. But not an entire work day. In that case, I would spend more on a true ergonomic chair

5'3" and it fits for me
Really you can't beat it, my husband and I both purchased new chairs. Different ones. He likes how comfortable this one is, but how the arms on his fold up. It is a solid chair, not heavy, rolls easy, doesn't. I am 5'3" so I needed a chair I can touch the ground on and my back can reach the back of the chair. Usually I have to tilt the back so far forward it is uncomfortable. This is not like that. I can rest my feet on the ground or the wheel bar and reach all the way back so I am comfortable for 10+ hours a day

Going down by itself after a year of normal use!!!
After almost a year, chair is going down by itself. I have to pull it up 2-3 times daily!! Using it normally (work from home). I weight 158 pounds, so not a « overweight » matter.
