I purchased this to elevate my feet at night due to heel aches when my heels touched the bed. It definitely elevates my feet. My heels don't touch the bed and it serves a dual purpose to relieve hip pressure points by placing it between my knees when I side sleep. It is quite firm though, so forget about using it for your neck. It has a nice zip of cover that's cool and doesn't seem to trap heat. Good quality. Good product.

This is a quality product but I'm afraid it's way too firm for what I really needed it for~my neck at night.I'll keep it because it is firm enough for under my knees as support. In all fairness it's difficult to judge the firmness by ordering online. I've learned my lesson and I'll shop for 1/2 bolster pillows @ stores in the area vs. online.

This pillow is as described. However the casing zipper is stuck open 3/4 of the way and won’t budge. We can’t open or close it more. I will have to break the zipper to wash the cover eventually. Disappointing.

I needed a replacement pillow b/c the one I have stunk. You CAN wash the memory foam but it will take a tank full of hot water to rinse it and days to dry. So I went on the hunt for one that was at least 30 inches long (which cut out most of them) and one with a white cover. That cut the field down even further. In desperation, I bought this one. It took all the muscle I could muster to just get it out of the wrapper as the pillow was flattened to fit in a smaller sleeve. I opened the cover to find two different foams. The inner one was glued to a different kind that surrounded it. The pillow was too firm. I could not adjust it to fit between my neck & shoulder. After an hour of fighting with it, I went back to "old stinky". I would rather spray the old one with Garma-Guard than wake up with a stiff neck every night.
