I literally opened it, examined it, and tossed the whole thing away waste of money. **Q: Is this non comedogenic?** A: No it isn’t & is heavily perfumed **Q: Does it have parabens** A: I'm not sure if it has parabens but I can say it's very lightweight and does a great job of overall coverage!! I followed the limited instructions that it came with and was surprised that it did offer full coverage, it was mostly waterproof (there was some slight transfer) I think if used in combination with a good setting spray it would be ok. The primer did feel a little oily to me but once the make up was applied on top it didn't feel or look oily at all! It was definitely lightweight and provided full coverage( I have a LOT of redness and pimples) it didn't do much to cover the bigger pimple bumps but I don't expect that anymore. When washing my face it came right off with cleanser the eye area did take a little longer but also came right off.
