Everyone could use this in their everyday routine
The product came in as expected. I scanned through the book and read the journal prompts and it looks to be very helpful for people who have difficulties speaking their truth and processing their feelings and emotions. This Journal is great for shadow work, this can help you learn from you past self and understand who you are today.

A little bit of everything
The book is a journal with prompts, guided mediation exercises for anger, anxiety, overthinking and so much more. I love the peace I feel following every journal entry. The prompts provoke mindful reflection on things I hadn't considered or paid much attention to like "what would I tell my younger self," "what social roles to I play." My favorite prompts are the self check-ins: "Self-boundary," and "My Cultural Identity".Highly recommend this book! It's a reminder to check-in with myself, and the best part is getting to know myself a little deeper.

A selfguided way to live a better life!!
This book is so on key - self guided steps to how to live a better life by including inspiration and insight into women's mental health. It can be read and used over and over to remind us that we are good and can work on being better with ourselves. It is how we look at things, about perspective, confidence in ourselves and acceptance. Highly Recommend

Excellent journal
I am in love with this journal! I use it daily in the mornings when my mind is still fresh. I love the gentle reminders throughout the book to show ourselves compassion and patience. The prompts are very thought provoking and I find myself really getting into it. The practices are very helpful and the pieces of knowledge incorporated is helping me learn more about how to improve my mental health. I highly recommend this to any woman!

Perfect journal!
Such a well made journal! I love the prompts and really like how it’s divided into sections. The entire design is very thoughtful and has great tips and explanations for the rationale behind the structure of the book. Absolutely love it! Sana’s thoughtfulness and compassion really comes through in the book! Definitely would recommend trying it!

Thoughtful, helpful, impactful. Everyone can use this!
This journal is something I think everyone, especially every woman, can use in their day to day life. Mental health workbooks and journals can be intimidating, I’ve tried a few but there are 3 things that set this one apart:1. While each section of the book is labeled, you don’t necessarily have to go in order. It can be fun and less intimidating to jump around in the book and work on different prompts, or follow along with the book for a more structured experience. Both ways work great! Each section is very do-able, even during a busy work week, and things like the meditative practices to try, self reflection prompts, and self assessments make for a really holistic way to reflect and work on your mental health-on your own time wherever you are!2. There is a very non-judgemental and thoughtful tone to all of the text- the questions feel like gentle questions from a friend and the informative sections and instruction for practices read like they come from a trusted professional-which they do! Sana is so accomplished for such a young professional, I think it’s what gives this book “big sis” vibes-but if your big sis had years of experience working as a professional therapist!!3. The book goes hand in hand with a refreshing online experience! The author, sana’s voice comes through in this book and having a qualified professional woman of color create a book like this is a dream come true! Her professional experience and education is impressive and the subject matter is relevant to a woman’s life today-everything in this book is discussed from self-image, boundaries with friends and family, how we approach our work lives, how our cultural background plays a role in our mental health, and so much more. I found the @curlytherapist Instagram and website a great way to continue to learn more about my own mental health and keep working on the good habits this book encourages. If you need even just a bit of time during the day that’s just for you where you feel seen, heard and *safe*- this book is a great place to turn to. I haven’t even finished yet, but I’m so excited to continue. It’s also a gorgeous cover that looks great on display and the perfect size to throw in a tote-with plenty of space on each page for notes!

Helpful, thoughtful tools for daily practice
I very much appreciated this book and kept it on my kitchen table. I incorporated it into my daily routine by opening up to different pages as I started my day. Mrs. Isaac Powell's words and questions were thoughtful and accessible. I found that her explanations of concepts and self-inquiry questions sometimes struck chords in me that I didn't know that I needed. One particular favorite was the section on relationships, metta practices, and cultivating forgiveness for myself and others. I actually ended up responding to a friend who had reached out to me to repair our relationship. I used Sana's questions as a guide in my response. I loved letting the questions/reflections/practice permeate throughout throughout the day and will continue to use this book in my personal practice as well as with the clients I work with in my private therapy practice. I think anyone looking for ways to support their own wellbeing (either on their own or to supplant therapy) could benefit from this book as Sana offers compassionate, approachable exercises that can be applied in many creative ways. I like the flexibility of it. Highly recommend!!

In-depth journaling
Ease the process of journaling thoughts and emotions. I find it hard to be consistent with journaling, and this book has helped me journal consistently. Love the insights. The reflection can sometimes be very challenging too.
