I bought this for my wife as a local grocery getter. She loves it. It's a nice product overall, fully built, it's pretty unique and gets some attention. So that's why I rate it high. The end result is good.The only critique I have for this product is it comes completely disassembled. I mean, "Totally" disassembled. If you've never built a bike before, you're in for a rough ride. You can expect to run the bike chain, and stitch it together, and install the break system yourself. You'll tune the V breaks at the front of the bike which is pretty annoying. But a useful learning experience as you may need to do all this again. When I did it, the rear break even after having followed the instructions it still doesn't actually apply any stopping power and I still feel the need to redo it.You'll save yourself a lot of headache to take it to a bike shop to assemble it and you can be sure everything is tuned right, but then it's less of a good deal as that'll run close to 100 depending where you go.On a side note. Can say the instructions are well put together. If you stick with it you will build a trike eventually. It's broken up into installation sections Frame, Break System, Cargo ect. I like that each section they've even illustrated a little Happy face that looks gradually turns more sad and pissed off as certain tasks come up. It's a challenge to stay smiling through it all.Recommended!

We recently purchased 2 of these bikes 24" & 26" . They where not to difficult to assemble though if you have not had much experience in this area you should supplement the manual with some of the you tube videos or consider having a bike shop do it for you. We had a minor problem with my wife's bike mainly because she has a bad leg and it can be difficult for her to get off the bike. I contacted the seller and got a very quick response and they were quick to offer suggestions and work out a solution. This was a very pleasant surprise for a change. After we began using the bikes we had a problem with 1 of the derailleurs' again the seller responded quickly and had a new part for us in a couple of day's. We love the bikes but what is most impressive is the level of customer support they gave us. That is something you can't always get at any price and makes us highly recommend this company. I will gladly do business with them in the future.

Perfect for my 5'2" 90 year old, not fit, body in getting some enjoyable neighborhood exercise. Am receiving many "I want one too" complements on this beautiful trike. If only step-through was a tad bit lower.

It is hard to find an adult Trike and particularly one with multiple gears these days. I was thankful to find this bike at a fairly reasonable price.The Good:1. It's available! Almost impossible to find an adult trike with multiple gears locally. 3 month wait.2. Seat seems really soft and the back support is a nice addition.3. While time consuming, not terribly difficult to assemble except for a couple of Items I had to have cared for at a local bike shop. More below.4. The color choices were nice ant the paint and finish were very good quality.5. Once fully assembled and adjusted it serves pretty well.The Challenges:1. After 5 hours, I reached the end of my skill and had to have the chain connected, the gearing assembly connected and adjusted, and the brakes adjusted at a bike shop for about $50.2. The bike came with tools which should be listed above as good, but one of the tools, the chain linking tool, is the wrong size and bent the chain beyond my ability to repair and thus had to be repaired by the bike shop.3. The front wheel is not perfectly straight, thus the front brakes were almost impossible to adjust to function properly. I really need to replace the wheel with one that is not slightly warped. It rolls fine, and would not be a problem except that the rim is just crooked enough that the brakes malfunction.4. The seat post adjustment is not a quick release but as a compromise it is a lever system. It works, but not terribly well.5. The bike is fairly low quality. It's on par with a bike you would buy at a big box store for a good bit less money, but in this market, I am happy with this bike.

I bought for my wife. She's very happy. Cost me 150.00 to get it assembled. Made ok, but not superb. Happy wife, happy life.

So we definitely discovered putting a bike together is a pain in the butt.The instructions could probably use more detail. Luckily there are YouTube videos that helped us with parts that were difficult. There are ones specific to this bike. The one I found had no talking instructions but they did show you from start to finish how to do the bike.I will say this took us about 6 to 7 hours in total to build so be prepared when you want to start.The bike itself is great. It's sturdy. The seller contacted us because the color we originally bought was sold out. But we are happy with the replacement and glad they contacted us so we could decide our secondary choice. Overall the bike was worth the aggravation of building it and is a good buy.

The shipping carton was dented & had a hold in one side. Not thinking too much about that , we set about trying to assembling the trike. We both thought we could manage to put it together , but quickly realized this trike was NOT “ easy as 1-2-3” as some reviewers made it seem.The following day we took the entire trike with all the parts & hardware to a local bike shop . When my husband picked it up , the man told him one rear wheel was bent & wobbly & the front wheel was so bent , he couldn’t attach the brake pads to it. Since this trike cost a lot of money to purchase & almost as much to be put together, I am not a happy person ….I consider it dangerous to ride , with a wobbly wheel & no brakes.I have contacted the seller to see what they will do about it. Oh…I nearly forgot , the paint job was not all that great one a section or two .
