Q: Can I put wheels on the bottom on the legs

The legs have adjustable levelers which are attached with a screw. If you can find a set of wheels with the same diameter screw I guess that ti would work. The screw levels have a rather narrow diameter.

Q: Will a mini fridge fit on this table?

I would not put a mini fridge on it myself. The fridge would just fit and could easily be knocked off.

Q: will this hold up a desktop Pc...say 35lbs or so??

I don't think the weight would be a problem. I have a laserjet printer on mine and there is no sense that I am anywhere near it's maximum weight capacity. I think the issue would be the size of the table top. The top 15-3/4" by 153/4 inches. My desktop PC would require at least a depth of 18 inches.

Q: Do the bottoms of the legs have holes to attach rolling wheels?

Yes. The holes at the bottom of the legs are for the adjustable feet. So you can take place the feet with some casters. But sorry that we don't have proper casters to match.
