Lars and Kara hooked up in a one night stand three years prior. Lars kicked himself ever since then for not getting her number or some way to contact her because in just one night he absolutely fell for her. Lars is a rock star and a tiger shifter. While Kara is also a tiger shifter, she's not wealthy so when she finds herself pregnant after their encounter, she has the baby but doesn't try to reach out to Lars because she's afraid he or his powerful family will take her baby from her.She's not expecting to see Lars again but she does while she's in a club. She tries to hide but he's a shifter and can smell her. Once he finds out that he has a child, he was rude and I didn't like him much. I never really fell for his character during this story. And I think she accepted his apology much too easily. There is another storyline going on as well that is left open for the next book and I didn't like that too much so I hope that is cleared up in the next book.

Another great book which I absolutely loved and would thoroughly recommend hoping others enjoy it as much as I did. Sneaking into an exclusive masquerade party three years before Kara met and fell for Lars a tiger shifter like her. Because he came from almost shifter royalty and she was just from the poor side of town after loving all night she fled in the morning not knowing that she left with part of Lars with her. Knowing what Lars mother was like she never contacted or told Lars he had a son. What happens when they meet again and can he forgive her for the secret that she kept and what about the Beat that they both hear.

A good storyline with enough diversity to make it enjoyable .A fast paced romance read for a quiet little hours enjoyment

I didn’t know what to expect going into this one but I’m glad I did. It was quick short and cute.

Because this story is so short, it takes off right away...and I like that. No wasting time roping me in to the already intriguing plot. But then again, this is Ms. Diana Seere we're talkin' about----so no real surprise. She' gives us just enough back story of our protagonists that brings us up to speed. I liked Lars Jensen from the previous book (Molly/Edward)...He was just so deliciously, mischievously naughty. Never mind his golden alpha good looks...piercing electric blue eyes and long blond hair. He's hawt! I mean...YOWZA! And to top it all off, a dimpled chin?!? Sheesh (fanning my face). Lars is a world traveling rock star and shape shifting tiger, constantly searching for the one woman who brought him to his knees almost 3 yrs. ago. The one woman he hooked up with and failed to get her name before she disappeared. His mystery woman...and then he walks into the Platinum Club and scents her. He's on the prowl.I loved this fast paced story of Lars and Kara Jablonski reuniting after almost 3 years apart. Three years of her hiding from him. I only wished their controversy wasn't so short lived. I wish Ms. Seere milked it more and added more drama/angst because it was over before it really got going. I was hoping Kara would find out that Lars had ordered a paternity test of Kara's son...before he saw the boy anyway. I was hoping she'd make him grovel and beg for the things he said to her, before forgiving him. Too fast Kara! He was so rude, ugly and cruel to her and the things he called her son! grrrrrrr.... I wish there was more on the mystery of the theft of blood and serum samples....the theft that brought Lars to the meeting at the Platinum Club to begin with. Anyway, I always love reading about Derry...he's such a great character and always, ALWAYS craaaaacks me up. I mean, I'm laughing out loud at his antics. This installment was good and as usual, I love Ms. Seere's exceptionally talented style of writing.

Tiger shifters meeting again after a hot ONS 3 yrs ago before Kara disappeared. She hid away with her unexpected baby, afraid that his powerful family would take away her child. This is the story of Lars finding Kara again and reacting to her secrets. I thought it was very well written, well edited, and just enough angst to keep the story rolling along. It feels like this must be part of a series that I’m looking forward to checking out.

It was so cool how they could smell each other like tigers . I always love a happy ending, another baby just adds to the next story.

The storyline in this book is slightly different in that it does not centre on one of the Stanton family of shifters. They are still prominent in this story, but two other main characters are introduced to the reader. I enjoyed reading this story, and love how some of the characters from other books in the series are included. A great series to read, not necessarily in order.

They both get fireworks when they meet again, but she's terrified of how he'll react when he discovers her secret...A nice, quick story. ;)

Enjoyed this quick little read
