The product has a 30 day warranty and for good reason. It stops working after 30 days even with new batteries due to what I assume is wiring. The toy is soft and my daughter enjoyed it for a short while but now it's just another stuffed animal that she does not pay attention to. Went with another similar product that has worked now 2 months and no issues.

After it arrived, I installed the 2 AA batteries required to power the oscillating LEDs and turned it on using the push button on the left arm. What a product it exceeded my expectation am telling you this product is amazing. I usually read other people's reviews on products then say these people are the product makers and they are lying to get the product sold but trust me from a critic and hard to please person when I tell you this product exceeds my expectation it did. The quality was superb especially for the price i bought the 16" one and when it said it lights up my my it does. It is Heavenly to the touch. My little one goes everywhere with it I myself get lost in the comfort of it. Buy this product you wont regret it

It does everything it is supposed to do well, but it eats batteries. We bought this in mid February, and it is now March 31. We have replaced the batteries on it twice now. We also have Cloud B light products, and they go for like 6 months before they need a battery change. I don't understand why this Wewill product uses up batteries so quickly.

Utter tat. Never worked, joints were holed before it was opened. Of course my 4 year old fell in love with it so it can't go back. Don't buy this, it's just the worst quality ever.

These toys are amazing. My niece has sensory issues so I have purchased a few of these for her birthdays and christmas' and she has loved them. This one is a really good size and the lights look amazing. Just remember to have batteries for it as I always forget!
