New Version Kenpachi Zaraki Sword

This Zanpakuto arrived days before the hell butterfly said it would. It arrived nicely packaged and a few surprises.I was worried it would have damage to some part of it or obscene glue. Satisfyingly, it didn't. This isn't a word for word replica BUT, it's only off by 2 things. It doesn't have the trailing cloth at the end of the pommel, and it has a strange pattern on the blade (which is actually rather appealing.)I was happily surprised to see it was securely packaged and came with a subtle little stand, sturdy bag with an over the shoulder strap, and the box itself is even decent.It's by no means battle ready or even remotely sharp (excluding the tip) but, it's a beautiful blade and could be made battle ready. It does have the wax on the inside but, that only serves to protect the blade in transit an is easily cleaned.When you open this you will feel like Kenpachi Zaraki. "Consume everything, demon of the bloodthirsty sword."

This is a great addition to my bleach sword collection. I only gave it a 4/5 stars because there were a few things I did not like about it.First being that the blade wobbles ever so slightly at the handle. I really like my stuff to all be tight but it is a display piece so it does not bother me too much.The brass caps on each end of mine were poorly glued so I re-glued them no sweat. Last thing is a minor detail and an easy fix.I only mention this because the sword as a whole is such a great replica with the nicks in the blade and the blade detailing, Its by far one my best looking replicas as far accuracy goes but....and this is a small but..to be more accurate there should be a small 6-8inch piece of the fabric from the grip draping down past the handle, but iv already found a piece of the identical fabric laying in my girls pile of fabric she keeps around for her work and it looks great!!This sword is a great buy. I was happy with the detailing and the quality of the material used on this replica. When you hold it you will know what I mean this thing has some weight to it.

The sword was a disappointment as a fan of the show i looked forward to buy an almost ecact replica but all i got was a solid piece of metal to anyone buying this their picture is not what they sell.

Be weary when purchasing this item. We selected this particular seller because of the extra details the sword had. Ie. Curved blade instead of straight and chinked/worn appearance. We got the item quickly and were pleased with that. However when we opened the sword and viewed it, it did not look like the picture. The sword was bone straight and had no chinks or appearance of wear on it. The wrapping was nice but the case and handle were circular. My husband was disappointed and decided to return it. The seller accepted our return for a refund; however, we had to pay to ship it back which cost us half the price of our refund amount so we still ended up at a loss in the end. I will say this was a very nice display sword in great condition but not what was advertised or what we expected. That is why I am giving a 2 star rating and not a 1 star.

I want to first say that this sword is definitely not intended to be cutting anything or to even be swung around. It is a prop, meant for decorative purposes.This sword came in a simple box without any real padding, placed inside a slightly larger box. The sword was actually bent to one side when I pulled it out; without too much difficulty, I was able to bend it back by readjusting where the blade fits into the handle. Just from that, you can probably tell; this was cheaply made.The sword itself looks nice. The hand wrapping is just some simple white fabric, which also covers the scabbard. The guard is accurate, and this new version has very interesting designs printed into the metal, as well as a plethora of "chips" and "chinks" in the blade itself. The scabbard is very simple, and will allow the blade to slide out if held upside down. Most of the time, however, this is not an issue. The sword overall is much shorter than the original, and is about average for replica swords. The packaging also came with a sword stand, which was nice.All in all, I would give this a 3/5 for staying true to the original design (it is not nearly long enough, and the blade, although interesting, does not have the ragged edge that Zaraki's sword does in the anime/manga). Aesthetically, I would give it a 3/5 sheathed, and a 4/5 unsheathed. I would give it a 3/5 on packaging, as it did come slightly bent. For lasting appeal, I would give this a 3/5.I would recommend this to fans of Bleach or Kenpachi, or someone who is looking for a simple blade to prop with. Be aware, as with all of these replica blades, of the possibility of having your item damaged by shipping.

Got this sword as a Christmas gift to myself. It's a beautiful replica of the actual sword, which was why I chose it over some of the others offered. I really love the nicks in the blade, and the detailing on the sides. The brass really adds to it and while I am no expert, the blade is sturdy and has good weight to it. Dull, but if you swung it hard enough you could definitely hurt someone. A great display item.

I think this is amazing. I just got it and opened it. Its going to be a birthday gift for my husband this friday. We both are big bleach fans and I know he is going to love this. Its perfect its heavy and I didnt have any problems with it.

Mine came nicely packaged, the craftsmanship on it was good very well made amd it came on time, its a great sword for its price.
