Less looking down at my crochet while watching TV is good for my neck. Turns out it's also great for my shoulder, I don't have to hold my phone up to eye level as the alternative. Within the week I was buying a second pair for another part of the house/to maybe share with my partner, and two pairs as gifts. I do think the angle is a little bit more extreme than it needs/should be, putting them on at what feels like "normal" posture shows my belly button rather than the crochet, so I tip my head back a bit further. Everything is super in focus, but print on my phone also looks a little further away through the glasses, as well. It's interesting to get used to but very useful.
