Great piece of kit
For the price, this is excellent. I've cooked Panini's, Burgers, garlic bread etc on this and it's works perfectly. Easy to clean, the hot plates and plastic drip tray are all dishwasher proof. Very happy with this.

Really good grill
After my first one failed after the first use, I asked for advice.Was pleased to get a response from the seller telling me they would replace my faulty one.All together a great piece of kit, the replacement having been used numerous times, it cooks really well is maybe a little lower on power than I expected, but it is really easy to clean and easy to use.The customer service I received was excellent and way beyond what I expected.Highly recommend this product over the other brand name options.

2 months in and this item failed
I have had to re-write this review due to issues which have developed with this item in the 6 weeks we have been using it. It was originally delivered with insulation sticking out of the lid. I accepted a partial refund for this as it didn't seem to overly affect the use. HOWEVER - this product now trip the electrics for the house every time we try to use it, and the top plate release button has broken so either you cant get the top plate out, or it wont engage so wont stay in. This make sit no longer usable so reduced to 1 star.Have reported to the supplier as not fit for purpose, awaiting their response. But really not happy.

Great value unit
This was purchased a few weeks ago now, and has been used mainly for making hot wraps in a pub. It seems to take a little longer to heat up than others I have used, but I think that's probably down to the removable plates, which are a great boon when it comes to cleaning up!Overall a great value piece of kit for the price - recommended.

The grill stopped working after only 30 minutes of grilling!
We used the grill only once for short grilling (approx. 30 minutes) after that it stopped working.Because I can see here a many positive feedbacks, so I hope, we were only unlucky for defective item. I'll ask Amazon for replacement, because design and size are excellent for us + removable plates.Edit: Amazon replaced the broken grill and now, after 14 months, the second grill stopped working too. No warring, no issue before, just stopped heating out of blue. We were using this grill approx. twice a month and all was fine.I do not want this brand again.
