I'm very happy with this product! Simplistic but really helps flush my ears and reduce wax build up. No problem with leakage, seems durable and fits well in my ears.

After two weeks of using coconut oil drops to soften the earwax, this ear syringe removed all of it with ease. Works the way it should it just would be better if the tips screwed on instead of just slipped in there to the neck part. It does have threads on it so it's odd that the silicone tips don't have threads to go with it. Either way it works fine it's not like you're going to press hard enough on the plunger to get it to pop off cuz you probably break your eardrum doing that haha

Worked like a charm! Got all the earwax out and I could hear SO much better. It took a couple of tries to finally understand how to use it. A tip, I used it three times per ear with warm water to soften the earwax and then I was able to get all the earwax out.

These are great for cleaning your ears. They're easy to use and a good value for the money. I'm going to purchase more so we have extras in case they're needed or to take on trips.

I learned that it’s best to use a softener (like oil) for a few days first, then use this syringe with lukewarm water. I aim the stream at the walls of the ear canal rather than straight back at the eardrum—it’s much more comfortable and actually clears the blockage faster.
