Delta BreezRecessed REC80LED 80 CFM Exhaust Bath Fan with LED Light

Very easy to install. High quality. Fan is very quiet and powerful. low profile looks great. The main light is a nice bright but soft light (cool white). Not great as an only light source unless it's in a half bath or toilet room. That said, the night light is a little too bright but not overwhelmingly so. The fan starts with a nice slow ramp.

I bought this for a new build house and had it installed for some time before the final wiring was done. Once the final electrical was finished the light did not work. We tried everything and finally my electrician tested the output with a multimeter and found there was no power getting to the light, even though power was to the fixture and all wiring was complete. I contacted customer support who told me they would send a new bulb as they thought that was the issue. I told them I thought it was more than that. Regardless they never sent anything. The first photo is the switch I had electrician use since there is a night light. I found the night light function is the same light bulb. The se one photo photo is with full light. The next or third photo is with night light The last is not light. Fan is not real loud.

Fan is quiet and the LED light works great for over the Tub installation.

The light is not dimmable. False advertising. I retrofitted a WiFi dimmable light with the trim piece.
