GREAT PRICE & WORKED FIRST TIME
Ordered these yesterday after my old OEM cartridges finally packed in. Many years ago I bought a set of non OEM cartridges and I could not get them to print and had finally to give up and accept the loss. Since then I have always purchased originals from HP suppliers.This time I saw the COLORETTO cartridges with an excellent web site and video showing procedures if they failed to print, but still with a money back guarantee. I decided to take a chance and they arrived this evening with full instructions in the package. I had them installed and aligned in about 5 mins. and my antique 20 year old HP deskjet is printing like new again. These cartridges are also XL, so it will be interesting to see how much extra I get out of them and ALL FOR A PRICE LESS THAN ONE OEM.

Poor compatibility
This remanufactured printer ink I bought says that it is compatible with my HP inkjet printer F380. But unfortunately it doesn't. It is not recognized by the printer. I have tried various methods learned from the YouTube to try to resolve the problem, but finally given it up. Poor remanufacturing quality.

Black works
So return window is closed but then had to wait for the ink to run out before using these.Black installed okay.Colour will not install error code E on printer. Issue will cartridge. Tried two off the five sets purchased both do not work.

Enfin une encre qui ne sèche pas !
J'utilise mon imprimante de façon épisodique et à chaque fois c'était la galère à nettoyer les têtes d'impression pour avoir droit d'imprimer une page, que ce soit avec les cartouches d'origine ou d'autres. Pour la première fois, ça fonctionne sans rechigner, même après un long temps de non utilisation, un bonheur simple sans doute, mais fini les crises de nerfs !
