Although I am well past the menopause I feel that I have lacked energy so the fact that this product also helps post menopause attracted me to try it. Who needs to wait for a British summer when you’re already hot at night! That plus the PMS & lack of oomph is just horrific.Not a massive fan of jumping straight to the GP for the usual bandage, I’ve given this a go with some relief so far. I already use TV’s tumeric for my achy knees with great results so thought I’d give this new one in their range a go. I’m feeling slightly more energetic, definitely less inflammation, and most recent period was smooth and with less fatigue. Organic means everything when you’re a person that loves natural health, plus I love that it has pomegranate and liquorice in it - certainly won’t get that from my doc. Been taking for a month, second order came a few weeks late, which is a shame & meant there was a gap, so difficult to really assess, but I think they seem to be helping as my brain function was better & less irritability.

The media could not be loaded.  Arrived in a high quality box which showed clearly the instructions and ingredients and a clear seal on the outside of the box. The bottle is of good quality and came with a protective seal. The tablets are suitable for vegetarians and vegans and made using a mix of 5 naturally sourced herbs. The tablet size is easy to take but do have a herbal taste. Since taking these supplements I have noticed I am more alert and have had better sleep quality. So far not much relief. I actually have been getting more hot flashes since I switched to these supplements. I alway switch my supplements for hot flashes every few months so they can keep working. I’ll finish this bottle if I can take it. Other supplements work within a week . Going on 2 weeks and nothing.I’ll do a follow up:3 weeks later.I had to stop taking them after no relief of any kind. I couldn’t take it anymore.Switched to Estroven with Ashawanda complete.& within 48 hours my hot flashes seriously where almost non existent! Sleeping a full 8 hours! And am so mellow that my husband thinks there’s something wrong (lolzz))I love it. I always thought Estroven was probably Garbage. But holy smokes!I will not switch until they no longer work.As for these am happy it’s worked for so many. As for me it’s a no!
