Built solidly...Great Isometric Exercise Device
I really enjoy working out with these devices. Great for an old dude like me who is past all the hassle of going to the gymn or having lots of weights lying around. Great way to tone the chedt snd auxiliary arm and shoulder muscles.

Great for Warm-Ups
I bought the light resistance for warm-ups. It seems to do the job pretty well. I wish it was just a little longer, though, which is the only reason for giving it 4 stars instead of 5. I have a more heavy-duty version from another manufacturer that is longer (by about an additional 9 inches) and I think the extra length is better for providing additional leverage.

I bought the 40 Kilo model and I have not lifted regularly in a year and currently I don't have much trouble making an 8 rep set for holding it static for 30 seconds or more. If you want a reference I'm 6' and should weigh 210ish. If I stay with it every third day I'm not sure how useful it will be in about 6 weeks. That said it is a spring which will inevitably wear out and it's cheap. Useful for if you can't get to the gym or as A shock exercise if your progress has stalled. Try to cancel out momentum for best effect.

awesome flex bar
this small size flex bar packs a punch to which i mean it will work out your arms and chest till they hurt but be careful it can get away from you if you are just starting out

I ordered the 20 resistance level. Elbow hurts when I use . This thing is useless to me but missed return date.

Follow my gut
I should have followed my gut and should have bought the 110lb power twister. I was hesitant to buy the 110lb because I read a review from a bodybuilder on here. So I decided to buy the 30kg for my husband. Well that was a mistake. The twister arrive today. My husband is 5”11, 200lb muscular. Well that said he bend this thing 3 set of 15 and made it look so easy. He told me that in the mma gym he trained they use 110lb power twister. Which he had with him. He bend that thing with ease . So, I showed him one of the reviews from a bodybuilder. He explained to me that a person who only trains using dumbbells and plates will have a harder time using a resistance bar/cables. And the ones who trained using resistance bar/cables will have a hard time lifting heavy dumbbells and weight plates. Cause your body is use to the exercise that it’s familiar with.
