The Product: A Professional Grade Tool for a Great Price I bought this laser level for three specific reasons, and it has exceeded expectations in all categories: USB-C Rechargeable: I wanted to ditch disposable batteries. Being able to charge this unit via USB-C when not in use is a massive convenience and cost-saver. High-Visibility Green Beam: I chose green over red for daytime visibility, and it was the right call. The laser is incredibly bright and clearly visible even in well-lit rooms. Dual Modes (Manual & Self-Levelling): * The Manual feature is my go-to for floor alignments. The Self-Levelling feature is perfect for setting heights between modules. It maintains accuracy over a impressive distance with only the most minimal, negligible discrepancy. The Build & A Lesson Learned This unit is robust and feels very well-built. However, a word of advice to fellow buyers: Read the manual regarding maintenance and care. I travel with this tool frequently, and after a recent flight, the unit stopped working—likely due to the compensator or software being damaged by rough baggage handling at the airport. Moving forward, this is definitely going in my carry-on bag. If you take care of this tool, it feels like it could easily last for years. The Seller: Exceptional Customer Service This is where the experience went from good to great. When my unit broke, I contacted the manufacturer. They were incredibly supportive and helpful. Because the item couldn't be repaired, they honored their warranty policy and sent a full replacement once I provided my proof of purchase. It is rare to find a company that stands by their product this firmly. Between the quality of the laser and the peace of mind provided by the seller, this was worth every penny.

Worked fine for a few months, but then the self leveling feature stopped working. At first I thought the battery needed to be recharged, but after a fresh charge, the self leveling feature still did not work. It constantly blinked green, both vertical and horizontal. I contacted customer support regarding the issue and they replied back almost immediately. I sent them a short video of the problem I was experiencing. The following day they replied back and offered to replace the unit at no charge. I am very impressed with promptness of their customer service and very grateful that they are replacing the unit. Based on my experience with this laser level and especially with Dovoh customer service, I would definitely recommend Dovoh products.

100% happy with it. I am using it to level a pad in my shop in preparation of pouring concrete. It’s so easy to set up. Then I have a stick with a mark on it. I just put the stick on the floor and see where the laser line is relative to the mark on my stick. I can go anywhere in the room and immediately see if the fill is high or low.

this is easy to use, but doesn't work well in direct light. Outdoors it will shine around 10 feet. UPDATE: The company contacted me after my less than stellar review, to see what they could do to make me happy - I have to say a VERY creditable company. Highly recommend their products!!!

Happy buyer. For the price, this Laser level is remarkable. It feels solidly built and the laser is bright enough to be seen in well lit rooms. Having just moved house and with dozens of pictures to hang this has proved invaluable. I even used it to help guide my large car through a tight garage door. The self levelling system is accurate when compared with my 1.2m spirit level and warns if the position of the unit is out of tolerance. Attaching the bracket to a piece of timber has allowed my to position the laser level above head height by clamping the timer to a door frame or stairs. I wanted a unit with a rechargeable battery and this comes with a usb-C cable. It doesn't tell me when the battery is full but the battery seems to last long enough between charges. I would recommend this unit to any DIYer who has a need for measuring on a regular basis.

This little laser level is very impressive! When I recieved it I was very shocked at how bright it was. It's exactly what I was looking for. It has vertical, horizontal and both modes at the same time available which I personally really like as most lasers only allow you to have both lines on at the same time. It comes with a bracket mount, case and charging cable which is a nice extra. It charges off a usb c lead which I also find very convenient rather than charging up individual batteries. You can either have the laser set to locked so you can get straight lines, or you can set it to self level which is amazing. It also has a pulse mode which is really handy. I've been using it for just over a week now and I am very impressed with it's performance.

Just built a bathroom, this product was used constantly and never let me down. Really impressed, very happy with it. Great value for money.

Works well. Just need to charge for five hours once received.
