Very good flavor
Excellent product that I find can be used very sparingly. Gives a good umami taste to casseroles and sauces.

Salty and earthy
As a European (who still uses seasoning) I am delving into Asian food, in particular Korean. This product has a more earthy taste and is as it states - salty, so to begin with I was careful about not using too much. Then I began to think the finished dish a little lacking in flavour so after reading the instructions again I decided to use the amount of paste they suggest which then made my dish too salty, even by my standards as a person who loves salt. I started adjusting what added produce I should use and to not to add any further seasoning. Understanding this helps in how I use it. Ultimately I will not likely replace this tub but continue to use the Gochujang (Chilli) which is perfect for me.

Great taste for a coarse ground paste
Excellent taste but is it is a coarse ground paste, not fine. Ok for stir frying etc but where a broth is needed the lumps of edamame bean can annoy.

Très content d’avoir trouvé du Doenjang Sempio, difficile à dénicher en magasin. Le goût est authentique, riche et bien équilibré, exactement ce qu’on attend d’un vrai doenjang coréen. Idéal pour les barbecues coréens, les marinades, les soupes (doenjang-jjigae) ou même pour relever des légumes. Une petite quantité suffit pour apporter beaucoup de saveur. Excellente qualité, marque de confiance. Je rachèterai sans hésiter.

Mia moglie lo usa quando cucina il Gulasch , invece di perdere tempo a fare il brodo di carne .,ha un sapore naturale e si conserva per molto tempo in frigo . Basta una quantità minima per valorizzare i piatti . Sarà il segreto di tanti master chef che non ti diranno mai . Da provare
