Nice but
These are great BUT remember to read they DO ALLOW soak through if soaked too much/and or long period time. My grandpa wears these in his depends for leaks to prevent having to change the entire depends alll the time. They do work and the size 4 are fairly long to catch any accidents from “rear” also. They do have the adhesion strip but I know this company after this (size 4, purchased in March 2023) doesn’t make the adhesion strip in other sizes. They are a bit pricey but are the same size on BOTH ends which makes it great. And are wider in center rather than the tena brand ones. The pads are shown inside of depend brand overnight XL depends. My gpa is 150lbs and 5’6” (ish).

Great For Scoliosis
Regular diapers and briefs do not necessarily fit correctly when your body is twisted. As an example with my scoliosis. These contour to your body limiting or eliminating leakage. I only wish they were available in a level 4 so that I could use them.

A Comfortable and Absorbent Pad to Keep You Dry
Using an adult diaper in the summer can be uncomfortable. Many diapers have sides or wings that don't breathe causing sweaty hips and upper thighs. If you need the protection of an adult diaper without the sides, try the Abri-San Premium Pads in Size 11. They are a very large pad that has padding that is the same width and length as the medium Abena Abri-Form M4 adult diaper. This pad weighs 155 grams vs. 175 grams for the Abena M4. Abena call these pads part of a two piece system, as it is meant to be used with their snug fitting washable pants or in a pinch could probably be used with snug fitting underwear. It is a bit of a learning curve to apply the product to the body and takes some adjustment to get the pad to settle into the groin in position to protect you. There is a bit of bulk between the legs that takes some getting used to at first. If you are used to a thicker standard diaper, it will feel familiar in fit, but if you are coming from a store brand of bladder control pad or protective underwear, it may feel too bulky to wear comfortably. The good news is that the Abena Abri-San line of pads comes in 14 sizes/absorbancy levels, so you should be able to find a product that fits your level of bladder incontinence. There is even an Abri-San pad made just for people who have bowel incontinence that has deep side pockets down the entire length to keep everything safely contained. The outer cover is breathable and fabric like, so they are quiet when you are moving around while wearing them. The inner liner is very smooth and soft to the touch, similar in feel to cotton undies. The pad is fairly thick and hourglass shaped with wider padding at the rear. There are elastic leg gathers at the center of the pad and leak guards that run lengthwise along the entire pad. The absorbency is rated the same as the Abri-Form M4 diaper, but I find I leak a bit more at the legs in these pads because I cant get the same snug fit as I can with a traditional tape-on diaper. The pad can also shift a bit to one side and this can increase leaks at the legs. For this reason, I would not recommned them at night if you have heavy leakage or are an active sleeper. What they excel at is keping the area that they cover cooler, especially around the hips. I sweat much less when I wear these instead of a diaper. They are definitely comfortable to wear and remain comfortable as they are used for their intended purpose. They do swell as they fill with urine, but the inner surface still feels dry to the touch and keeps the skin dry even when they are full. I would definitely recommend them for summer use or for times when you need less bulk at the hips, such as when wearing dress pants. If you are looking for an alternative to a diaper and need the absorbency of a diaper for heavy bladder leakage, give these a try. I think you will be pleasantly surprised.

BIG. 14" X 28"
There's a lot of talk about how big these are, and I agree!!! I haven't used these yet, but they are enormous. They are 14 inches wide and 28 inches long (when stretched out - the tape measure is accurate). I'm 5'6" at 128 pounds and these are definitely overkill. It's a lot to hide. I could use something HALF THIS BIG. And I don't see a way to cut them down, though I may just try just cutting off the length. I love that I could possibly use these to avoid an emergency on special occasions - like a flight. I'm only occasionally in need of anything this drastic as I'm mobile, athletic, and only have this urgency problem as a result of pelvic radiation 5 years ago for cancer. Almost all days are ok with just a pad, but when I know I might not be able to get to a bathroom, it's comforting to know I could use something like this in case of disaster and change it out if necessary - - rather than having to change my entire outfit, shoes, socks, pants, & underwear due to an overflow that could not be prevented. So in that sense they are better than the pull-on types of Depends and the like. I'd sure like to find something smaller, though.

Nice alternative garment
This is a very nice alternative to having to wear the adult underwear. If you have to change in a public bathroom you don't have to take your pants off to change the liner.I feel more freer with the liner and it's cooler tooMy one complaint, which others have also said, is the lack of adhesive on the liner to hold it in place.I partly solved the problem by buying two sided tape which works pretty well at holding the liner in place.

these are large! they have pretty good leak guards and hold quite a bit
size 10 are large enough to hit the waist line both front and back of a smaller individual. they dont have any sticky backing so are held in place by tight briefs or pants. these are very absorbent - easily multiple times what any standard pad could hold that is on the market today. basically its a diaper but with the tabs removed.the advantage is easier to change - disadvantage is the size and movement if not held by very tight pants.

Best pads ever
These pads are the best-they live up to the amount of fluid they hold!

Large and absorbant
Bought for my mom as can't get to the loo quick enough now. Tried a couple of others but these ones suit best. Absorb quite a lot of liquid especially when worn over night so no worries that they leak as have had no problem with that. They for urine but are ok for the the occasional number 2's accidents when they occur when can't get up the stairs quick enough. They are level 7 absorbancy so medium to heavy incontinence and overnight use. Would recommend. Have bought a few times. Will continue with these in future. Mother can get some free now on prescription but good to buy spare so not to run out. The size is like a massive sanitary towel that covers the bottom and round the front. No sticky strip to keep them in place, but they sit just inside your own underwear.

NO ADHESIVE....BEWARE!
Shape....100%Absorbency.....100%Security.....100%Comfort....100%Ease of use/ application ....ZERO!I was using AbriSan 4a pads for some time. Best I had ever come across! Amazon replaced them with size 4, which are not big enough, or absorbent enough, nor do they have the inner security barrier necessary for heavy urine loss.Amazon are no longer listing 4a, so after reading customers questions and answers, ordered one pack of size 5.What a severe and wholly frustrating disappointment! Absolutely what I would hope for, EXCEPT that there is no way of attaching them to lie flat in my briefs..ie NO ADHESIVE STRIP!I am a ordinary woman, who happens to be severely urinarily incontinent, not an inhabitant of hospital or a care home, having to have disposable ( and wasteful) ill-fitting and uncomfortable pants put on me!PLEASE START SUPPLYING AMAZON WITH SIZE 4A AGAIN AS SOON AS POSSIBLE!(i am unable to return the size5, as I have used 2pcs)By the way, this review was given on 9th July 2021, NOT May 2020 !

Better than Tena
Comfortable and a good fit with pants. Leaked a bit a couple of times when I first got them, but that may have been my fault not fitting them quite right. A pack is definitely not a month's supply as stated by some sellers. The only problem I had was that the pack itself was split on one side and the outer cardboard packing crushed, probably the fault of the courier company rather than the seller.

Great aborbancy and comfort
Thought we give these a try instead of buying the usual pricey brand. The were equally as good in fact aborbancy was better. Would purchase again

Worth a try!
I purchase these for my Nana. They are the best we have found. Have tried a range of other sizes but I think the largest is the best and safest option for her. She has no complaints. Price is good for what you get!
