I have been taking this product for 4 days now. I have noticed that it is helping to control my hunger and curb my cravings for snacking. I don't feel the need to grab a handful of pretzels or potato chips while watching tv after dinner. No stomach upset for me, in fact nothing negative to report, no aftertaste when taking the supplement either. Easy to swallow the capsules. I have split my dosage into 1 capsule in the AM and then around 3PM for the 2nd capsule. I really like this product. Expiration date on the bottom of the bottle is 9/2027. You get 60 capsules in the bottle making it a 30 day supply. Thank you!

I read through all the reviews & decided to purchase them. I'm so glad I did. I took 2 the first two days & developed a headache which I had read about. So I decided to only take one a day instead. That did the trick. No more headache & I've only needed to take one. I notice a bit of a warming sensation. The best I can describe is like a thermogenic warm feeling but it only last for about 20-30 minutes & then it's gone. It's not all the time that I feel that. Only sometimes. I take these right before my workout most days but even when I don't work out I notice the increase in energy throughout my day. I had been feeling super tired everyday. All I wanted to do was nap. These pills have been great! I take them with my coffee & after the caffeine is out of my system I don't feel like munching on everything. I've tried taking it with my preworkout but it a little too much so I'm sticking to coffee for now & I don't need my preworkout anymore. It really is a great product & it stacks well with coffee or tea. I also recently had my mom try them & she has also noticed the curb in appetite. I love it so much that I'm back for more & I'm including the Vitamins. I'll post a new review for the vitamins once I start taking them.

This product seems like good, solid stuff. I appreciate the fact that the company offers veggie caps. Their Forskolin seems to curb my appetite, which is for what I purchased it. It helps to add other products to this, to really curb it, but this appears to be the real deal. I don't have any side affects whatsoever. The absolute, ONLY downfall, is that by late afternoon, the effect seems to have worn off, and I feel hunger kicking in, but I think all of my supplements wear off at that point. Just have to use old fashioned "will power" at that point, as I don't want to have to take more product in early evening, only to have it potentially keep me awake later. ~ I've continued to be a customer of the Vitamin Bounty brand; it is only now, after several purchases, that I happen to be writing this review. ~ Happy customer :)

Not terable

I've struggled with weight since puberty, and my metabolism has been wrecked with a lifetime of crazy dieting. Also, I tend to be an anxiety eater so this product seemed like a good supplement to try. I did some research online and gave it a try. I'm now in my third month and while I don't yet look like the model in the picture (and never will) I can absolutely say it's helped with my mindless munching but more importantly, it's actually helped with my mood. I have a very stressful job working with cancer patients and my innate tendency towards anxiety often gets the best of me. I've noticed that when I take the Forskolin, I'm less irritable and more focused. That in itself, without any sort of mental slowdown is worth the price. It definitely helps me to stay away from excessive snacking and munching, especially at night. I've managed to keep my weight steady even through the holidays which is a Christmas miracle for sure! If your overeating is a product of nervous energy, anxiety, or emotional volatility, then this product might be helpful for you. I can't say it's caused me to drop ten pounds on its own, but it definitely helps me stay on track and I REALLY notice when I forget to take it.

Took my first one today - I hope they work! Will edit this review in a month or so. Edit: Week 3: These are magic. I won't say I have tried everything to lose weight because, to be honest, I'm very bad at it. Diets, working out, and controlling my appetite/portions has never been easy. These pills (paired with raspberry ketones, which never really helped much on their own) suppress my appetite and keep me feeling full longer. I rarely have cravings, and I actually stop myself halfway through a meal to say, "Hmm.. you know what, I'm not hungry anymore, so I'm going to put this away." I have always had eating problems, and these help so much. I'm unsure how they would work without the pairing of the raspberry ketones, but I do notice a big difference from when I would take the ketones alone. I just bought my second bottle of these. After trying incredibly hard through a very stressful few months to control my eating and lose weight, after 3 weeks of taking these, I've dropped 7lbs. Granted, this past week was Easter weekend, which means lots of candy has been in my house! I can eat what I want without the anxiety of overeating the rest of the day. Another user said that it helps control the anxiety of what you're going to be eating all the time, and wanting to be eating all the time, which I've struggled with as well. I really hope these symptoms keep up! I wanted to add that these do have slight side effects for me that don't quite bother me personally. I don't eat breakfast, and taking them on an empty stomach does seem to upset it slightly for about 20-30 minutes. It's nothing I can't handle. I also believe these must be what are keeping me a bit happier day to day, aka the serotonin boost it claims to give. Through all of the stress, it's definitely helpful! Try these, guys! And take two a day, not one. I'm telling everyone about these!
