I have owned mine since December 2021 and still use it today! I use mine in bed every night and honestly I have tons of life left to it, came in handy with teeth issues too! I highly recommend this product and I am writing this review now because I see others saying it loses its shape or firmness. My sister also has one and she has said hers is no longer as nice as it was but she uses hers daily and is very satisfied still today as hers was a gift and purchased the same time. I put this back in my cart to get for gifts for others this year since they held up so well.

Definitely a great airplane pillow. Every time I fly for more than 3/4hours I end up getting a crick in my neck- not this time!!! My flight was 14 hours and I slept amazingly and didn’t have any neck pain during my vacation!! Only complaint is that it’s really big and bulky (I also ordered the large size so that could be it) but it’s 100% worth it for me.

You know when you try out “the right one.” I previously tried one of the bulkier types, open in the front , with a fastener to make it tighter, or fit right. It felt like I had put on a neck brace. It came up over my ears, the back was too thick and pushed my head forward. It was just too tall. It didn’t cradle my head. Very uncomfortable. Then I tried this one. It felt just right. I left it on for awhile just sitting in my recliner. It actually relaxed me. I am a senior, 5’3”, female, and about 175 lbs. So if you haven’t found the right one, try’s different style.I took off one star for the pouch that it comes with as it is too soft and will probably tear before long. Stuff sack material would be so much better. But very happy with this purchase.

Purchased this for a long trip and it was the best neck pillow I've used on a plane. Wirecutter had mentioned this and I'm so glad I made the purchase! I was worried when I took it out of the package because it seemed so thin compared to the foam ones that the others in my family had chosen, but it was comfortable, didn't get hot, stayed in place, and worked well with my over the ear headphones. I slept well and it was nice to snap it on to my backpack.

In theory I like the design of this neck pillow. I don’t love the execution. It feels VERY cheap. At the time of writing this review I purchased this pillow for $42. The quality, or lack there of, is not represented in the price. I’m undecided if I will keep it. The pillow stuffing feels like it won’t last long. It’s lumpy and doesn’t hold its shape well. I have doubts about how it would hold up on a long haul flight. Would it stay supportive for 10+ hours?? I’m honestly surprised by the number of positive reviews considering the build quality. I feel like there has got to be a better alternative out there, I just don’t know what it is.

This pillow is definitely the best for long trips. It's totally worth it. It's quite soft, and its shape allows you to adapt it to your neck, making it very comfortable in all its forms. Totally recommended. I used it on two flights lasting more than 10 hours.

This was a comfortable choice for my 7 hour flight. It supported my neck in a way that the u-shaped pillows haven’t. I also appreciated its compact carrying size and snap to attach to my bag.

Why did you pick this product vs others?:I had purchased travel neck pillows in different brands and shapes, and this one was a really convenient easy-carry bag. I forgot the last one that I had at the airport because I had to carry it in my hand. Thanks.
