This is a durable, extremely well made and beautiful product. I use it for sewing purposes and it is a dream come true. The fact that you don't have to constantly sit it up it a time saver. The heat is consistent and "hot". Steams seams with ease. One of the best products for adding to my project room. It isn't cheap but it is worth it.

Gets some time to get use of the iron, really like it so far!

Like the lift mechanism, could steam better.

Love the rotating cord and the touch system. Makes ironing all the material for quilts a breeze without having to repeatedly lift and set down the iron!!!

Returned it doesn’t get hot enough.

Pretty happy with the iron. I mean, it does the job. Not sure the “gadgets” are worth the price. Bought it in raspberry color, which I love.

Had to return the first iron I purchased - wouldn’t steam (the steam knob didn’t function).Great customer service. Had to return the replacement, the power failed. Great customer service. The third iron I received wouldn’t steam, so I called customer service again, and she kindly walked me through steps to activate it. The rep spoke English (!), was thorough, and very helpful - all three times. For $200 an iron, I am extremely pleased with customer service - just wish the first iron (or even the second) worked! Glad I had a backup iron to work in the meantime.
