Buffet of Buffets Cottage Oak with Natural Wood Top by Home Styles

I have been looking for something to replace an old brass baker's rack that I've had for a long time and this is what I settled on. The price fluctuated up and down over the last few months and I decided that it reached a price I was willing to pay for it.I opened the package in my garage (thankfully) because there is a lot packing material and lots of Styrofoam bits. Cleaning up the garage floor was easy to do. It is a good idea to lay out and check the multitude of pieces before starting anything. There was one damaged side piece. I emailed the company and they responded very quickly (within 2 hours) and I was shipped a replacement piece promptly - 4 business days.I assembled the pieces by myself. It took about 4 hours total to assemble. I like how the pieces fit together very well unlike some cheaper furniture I have purchased in stores. I didn't have one piece, hole, or screw that seemed out of place. The drawers were probably the most tedious to assemble although I did them first in the days while I was waiting for the replacement piece. Just read the instructions and look at the pictures carefully to make sure everything is oriented the proper way.Once finished, it looks nice. It seems sturdy and there is more than sufficient room for the items I want to place on and in it. The drawers are a little on the smaller side, but shelves are a nice size. Overall, I'm pleased with the relatively easy assembly, the relative quality of the product, and the good customer service I received.

Nice buffet. Made of good wood and sturdy. The openings for wine bottles are a bit small. Get the 750 ml if you want them to fit. Went together well and looks nice.

PROS:Nice solid wood and color and is perfect for our log homeGreat storageSome pieces were damaged in shipment and they immediately replaced that with a very quick turnaround.CONS:The cam lock and screw method for assembly is a HUGE FAILURE as the holes to accommodate the cam lock are carved out too wide and too deep. They just spin and spin and spin and DON'T LOCK.Due to the above issue we had to assemble it multiple times as when going through the steps and having to turn the product, the whole thing collapses. So it's back to Step #1 again!

Bought 2 of these one this buffet and also the matching crockery cabinet. Did not install the wine racks but did buy a matching tape that covered the grooves where the wine rack was to be. Very happy with quality and look

I have to give this 5 stars because it’s a really well made piece and although it took a couple of hours to put together it was quite easy. For this price I’m amazed at the quality and sturdiness of this price. The color is perfect for what I was looking for and I’m glad I checked out reviews because the original picture doesn’t portray what it actually looks like at all. You will not be sorry if you purchase this piece. Thank you, it’s exactly what I was looking for.

I wanted something for years in this empty space in my kitchen, when I saw this I knew it would be perfect! And it is! Love that is real wood, very sturdy & looks amazing! Needed some extra counter space, this is an awesome coffee station now. Plenty of cabinet storage. Drawers are a little on the small side but work for what I need. We don’t drink wine so my hubby omitted the bottom wine rack section making it just a shelf. One weird thing is it came missing the bottom for one the drawers. Called the 800 number on box & we had it 2 days later. Very friendly customer service. Have received many compliments on it.

I’m always hesitant to purchase furniture without seeing it in person, but I’m glad I took the chance on this. It came in two boxes with the top packaged separately. Quite a few pieces but I was able to put it together myself in about 2.5 hours as the instructions were very clear. Fits a lot of glassware - I was able to fit 12 wine glasses on one shelf inside. It is very sturdy and looks beautiful in my dining room!

After lots of hassle with Amazon's shipping, we have a nice looking buffet server. When we got it together there was one drawer front with handle holes in wrong spot and one door badly scraped. Notified Amazon and the only way I could get these pieces replaced is if they shipped a whole new, 131 pound buffet, take the parts out we needed, replace with damaged ones and send back. They sent over night shipping ($84+) but it didn't come for 6 days via FedEx. In the meantime, UPS came everyday to pick up the package being shipped back. Due to the weight of this package, my husband & I, both in our 60's, were unable to haul it indoors. The first one, my daughter and her husband drove 55 miles to come, bring in house and put it together for us. So we left it on front porch and repackaged. Now just hope UPS comes again today to pick up. After the fighting with the man at Amazon over such a stupid way of replacing damaged goods, I will think again about ordering from them. I have ordered many things from Amazon in the past, including some little things I ordered for me and my daughters a week ago and did not get yet and no tracking information either.
