Quality product but let down by poor customer service
Quality feeling product decent gauge of steel for the body and grill. Wheels feel a little flimsy and one of the wooden grill handles broke when being assembled (last step). I had to glue it together and attach. Emailed Dancook and had zero response. I could have returned via Amazon but I didn’t want to disassemble and try and pack it all back up.Don’t buy without the charcoal tray. It would be a real pain to clean without it.

Seems relatively sturdy - hopefully it'll last a while
Bit of a shame that (at the moment) you can't buy an appropriately sized coal tray for it. Evidently Amazon don't know when or if those will be available again

Good quality
Very good quality metal the only fault is the wooden handles, both of them broke when being fitted.

Literally has screws missing
I did not have time to assemble this within the return window so I am stuck with it. It is ok but two small screws with bolts and two large screws from the picture attached are missing. Can you please send me those or a replacement?

Lights easily burns well
This is our second Dancook.I like the compact design.It is relatively easy to put together.The small attached shelves are of little use other than holding your drink whilst you are cooking. It would have helped if they folded down for storage.However it lights easily and burns well and is enjoyable to use

Good solid barbecue
This should be a solidly built and great value product. Whilst it functions as a barbecue very well, I was disappointed by some of the lazy manufacturing, which resulted in some of the parts not fitting together very well at all and being quite poorly finished. Overall, I’m confident it will last and the parts are made from thick metal. I just wish a little more care has been taken in presenting it to the customer.

Things are not quite what they seem.
The BQ is fine good and solid but the black handles are not one was split and useless and the other one was to short been fobbed off there, and I have tried to return them to Amazon with no success it would seem you have to return the whole BQ
