Would not purchase again. The myo-inositol product works way better for my sugar cravings! I have PCOS and struggle with insulin resistance, so this may work better for someone without PCOS but not for me.UPDATE***Upon seeing this review Dr. Berg's customer service provided me with a full refund of the product. AmazingI have been taking vitamins for years spending everything i had with no result and finally just gave up after years of trying.I discovered Dr.Berg on u tube one day while bed bound and it started with his sea kelp ,i felt amazing the day i took it and felt it work.Slowly i bought one thing at a time and after watching his videos i learned that i was pre-diabetic and am taking this and following his advice on eating and fasting and feel so much better.

I used this product to help reduce my belly and it worked!! According to Dr Berg, the lower one’s blood sugar, there’s fat burning. I noticed that my stomach went down!! Not dramatically, but subtly!! So, a word to the wise, don’t expect miracles!!! I also watched my calories and walked.

This stuff worked great for my wife. She was taking Metformin & was having trouble keeping her glucose under 140. She took this stuff and shes 110-130 now. Seriously.Norris E.

Please notes that Nausea, Stomach pain, abdominal swelling, diarrhea, fibrous tissue around the colon, etc. are side effects from the oxide extract in this formula. I took 2 pills and felt slight stomach pains, nausea and anal nerve pain. I’m sending this back. I’m looking for a vegan herbal gallbladder formula.

This product has been life changing and answers so many questions I have had about feeling hungry despite proper eating habits. We have been told that sugar increases appetite, not knowing what to do about this, increased appetite has been a struggle with no solution. I have been taking this product for about a week. Really like this product. I am hypoglycemic and just haven't been feeling like my blood sugar is normal for very long after meals. I take one of these in the morning and it helps with cravings and hunger. Love Dr Berg and his YouTube videos. All of his supplements I've bought have been excellent

I have been using this product daily as indicated on the bottle. I did not get any help with my blood sugar with this product. It makes me a little queasy.

I am a diabetic person for 45 yeafs and Dr Bergs product blood sugar support is helping me to maintain my healthy intermittent fasting and 12 and 5 pm eating plan.
