Good product.
The glue gun shuts off too soon. Then takes a few minutes to reheat again. That's the only negative. Otherwise a good product.

Charges up really fast and lasts a long time
I work in an office inside of a school building, and I’m responsible for completing multiple bulletin boards, on multiple floor levels within the hallways. Toting many items up and down the stairways is difficult, as well as, running an extension cord within the hallways is a trip hazard. This works perfectly for those areas where electrical outlets aren’t near my work area. It charged up completely within 2 hours and I used it for around four hours without issue, (with it still having some charge left when I was finished). The glue comes out evenly and the temperature is consistently the same (if you do a lot of crafting or gluing, you know how important this is). Everything included in the package is exactly as stated/pictured and I do not regret the decision to go with this particular one.

It’s cordless
I haven’t used it much, yet, but enough to notice some good things & some “iffy”. The cordless feature is outstanding, feels great in my hand, very fast heat up, auto turn off after 10 minutes of non-use, silicone finger tip protectors and USB charging are great.Down side: seems to be only one level of heat which is low, the glue sticks provided are awful - definitely upgrade immediately. (Supplier states one might want to upgrade to “Gorilla glue”).
