I knew they were cheap and wasn't surprised they tore, but they worked! We stayed dry and then tossed the poncho at the end of the day when the rain stopped. They were a great buy for a large family going to Disney and you don't want to worry about repacking a reusable poncho everyday. Grab a new one, just in case of rain, and don't worry about the day!
