I used this because my (storm surelock) bowling ball thumbhole was slightly bigger than I wanted. I felt like I was going to drop the ball on my back swing! I put 1-2 pieces in the thumbhole and it feels great. Bowled over 10 games with the same pieces of tape and they have held up well. Tape did not slide/move while bowling. I recommend this tape.

Apple Pencil Grip Solution
This tape might be geared towards bowling but it does wonders on an Apple Pencil! This solution seems by far the most effective to add some much needed grip to the device. Other silicone based pencil grips for don't event come close to the texture needed to to grip the Apple Pencil. Another advantage of this tape is its thickness which allows the pencil to be inserted into iPad cases that have the pencil holder. Definitely worth the purchase.
