LogitechUSB-C to USB-A Adapter

The Logitech USB was exactly what I was looking for. Delivered within 2 days.

Of the zillions of USB-C to USB-A adapters on the market, I chose these Logitech connectors because, in my experience, Logitech computer accessories have been extremely reliable. I'm willing to pay the higher price for the peace of mind of knowing that I won't encounter problems from such things as too loose connections. The USB-C end of these adapters fits snugly into the female USB-C port on my M2 Macbook Air, while the USB-A end has so far done the same for all of my external USB-A devices (which these days consist mostly of toys and models). Nothing more to ask for. Hence the five stars.

Just bought a new Mac and so glad I found this adapter for my Logitech mouse. It started working immediately once I plugged it in. And saved me from buying a new one. No complaints here. :)

What I liked:I was able to use my favorite logitech mouse left over from an old Macbook.Not to like:By the time the dongle is plugged into the computer and then the usb receiver into the dongle it sticks out1- 9/16” of an inch (38mm) from the side of the laptop. One has to be ever aware because it is inevitable that the dongle will brush against one’s leg just in normal movement. This stresses and interrupts the connection to the laptop requiring a re-pair for the dongle to work again. Worst case - a bump could damage the usb-c connector on the laptop.If your laptop is on a desk and never used on your lap you’ll be OK, but doesn’t that defeat the whole idea of a ‘laptop’?

The adapter works well but the added length could require extra caution for mobile devices. I bought this to be able to use my existing mouse with a new Surface Pro. The new device has only USB-C ports and I have a number of Logitech mice. The Logitech receiver normally extends about 5/16s of an inch when installed. The adapter adds an inch to that. I take extra caution when stuffing my Surface into my bag.I could remove the adapter but I’m old and set in my ways. I just use extra caution and avoid the later search.

After reding about challenges people have had connecting a Logitech Brio webcam through USB C hubs I bought this C to A adapter to be safe. I did end up having to use the adapter to connect the Brio to my hub's USB A 3.2a port. The Brio's Windows Hello functionality is working so far.

I was having trouble with my wireless keyboard and mouse on my Chromebook and I believe that the USB-A port was going bad. I purchased this so that I could use my USB-C port to power my devices and it works just fine.

I got a new computer with no USB port so this was a lifesaver for my wireless mouse and keyboard!

Seriously misleading photo for this. The first photo shows 2 units. I suppose so both sides can be shown in one photo. You only receive ONE adapter. Just be aware of that. Works well. 4 stars because of the misleading initial photo.
