Hey everyone! I bought this cooling pad a few days back for my 15.6inch laptop .This cooling pad is suitable for laptops below 17inch. Because of these reasons-5 fans for cooling (4fans with 80mm diameter and 1fan with 140mm diameter)-You can easily adjust the speed of all fans ,(which isn't available in most Cooling pads)-LED lights which each fan unit-Minimal operating sound-Excellent build quality with good quality Ventilated metal mesh-Double holder stand which can be adjusted for different heights.-Air volume : 76.35 CFM-Consumes just 4W voltage-1 year Warranty#FunctioningIt is USB powered ,the USB power cable supplied in the box is excellent, it is braided,Unlike some cheap cables which are supplied with other cooling pad. There are two USB ports in the cooling pad ,one for power supply and the other for data transfer.So one USB port always stays free.The 5 fans will surely consume a lot of your laptop's battery ,So it is always better to keep the AC plugged in.My laptop gets really hot when I play GTA V ,it reaches around 60 degree Celsius and my CPU gets throttled. I tested the same with this cooling pad to cool things off, As I tested the temperature didn't go above 55. A 5 degree decrease may not make much difference but atleast I am able to play games for much longer periods without the CPU or GPU getting throttled.#ConclusionOverall I didn't experience any problems with this product. It is somewhat better than my previous cooling pad in cooling and also the minimal operating sound is just what I wanted.The air it blows out is much more powerful. fans work fine for now ive just used this for 2 days so cant say much but definately improves airflow and reduces your cpu and gpu tempsIt does vibrate a lot tho altho its very silent and you cant hear the fans if you have your headset on.i wish the laptop holder was a bit lower because theres a lot of space wasted in that areaThe lights are barely visible when the laptop is placed on it but that wasnt one of the things i wanted in a cooling padoverall could be a good option if you want a budget friendly option for you 16,17inch laptop

A decent cooling pad but not effective enough when it comes to playing high end graphics game on your laptop. I didn't feel much difference in cooling/air flow when i run games like GTA 5, Resident evil 7, etc. My 2 year old lenovo laptop still heats up a lot.Previously I had a single fan cooling pad from deepcool priced around 1k which lasted almost 2 years. I'm not sure about this product though. I don't get it why they put a fan speed control buttons for adjusting the speed, after all you have to keep the speed maximum to maintain your laptop's temperature. I don't think it is suitable for 17" laptop because some part of my 15.6" laptop is slighty sliding out from the pad. That was pretty disappointing. A 3 stars rating is worth enough for it looks only.For all those laptop gamers, i request you to buy a cooling pad with highest RPM & good quality fans(not the plastic toys). Number of fans does not matter & the speed is almost same or less in every cooling pad. If you purchased your laptop based on GTA 5 specification, its time to better upgrade your laptop or PC. Go for a gaming laptop with 7th generation processor & 10 series graphics card alongwith an air conditioner instead of cooling pad to keep your laptop cool.:):):)

I saw a significant decrease in temps on highest settings of fanIn some games I played the temps were around 60-80 degrees in single player games with live streaming on OBS for twitch. my normal temps used to be around 85 degrees without cooling pad.while playing multiplayer games like dota 2 it was around around 65 degrees without livestreaming workloadso I can't say much it all depends on what your playing or working onbut yes the temps when in normal use of laptop are around 52-55 degreeswith internal fan boost of laptop upto 50% which is my idle settings + the highest setting of cooling pad.before , I used to use amazonbasics laptop stand which gave almost same results but recently my temps jumped to 65-68 degrees in idle modes, and it wouldn't go back to normal, So I had no choice but to get this and I guess it serves its purpose.The plastic material is not that strong on the bottom, but it will get the job done. abs metal mesh on the top is fine my laptop doesn't skid much, so it does what it says in the descriptionThere are two rolling switches on the right hand side, one for lower two fans and one for middle and top fansyou can switch off the lower fans if you don't have a air intake vents on lower part of your laptop, I do cuz mine has 4 vents, 1 in middle and 1 top middle and 2 on the left and right , which is normal on most modern gaming laptops. check your laptop vents before buying this,and I have connected the usb cable of this pad on a tp link usb hub powered by ac adaptor.This cooling pad was on sale for Rs.1349 before amazon salebut I missed my chance I had to settle for Rs 1699 very steep price for a Non digital cooling pad with 4 fans 80mm and middle fan 140mm. Buy it on Sale if you can or if its urgent get it like me.Very few choices right now because of the covid timesI could have gone for two fan cooling pads but because extra fans assures better cooling, longer life for a gaming laptop that costs a way too much.
