Amazing Salsa and amazing customer service
Got this for my husband- the salsa lover. He liked the mild. One jar came cracked but the company replaced it with no hassle. My husband wanted to try the hot version and is so glad he did because he said that is even better. He said it would be too spicy for me (I’m a weakling when it comes to spicy) but it is perfect for anyone that loves a some kick. He highly recommends this salsa. He loves that it is more restaurant style and we are planning to order more when back in stock!

Phenomenal salsa!
This salsa is absolutely delicious. It’s the first jarred salsa I’ve had in a long time that tasted fresh. The Medium has a nice level of heat, and the texture is saucy and smooth - I can’t wait to cook with it!The jars were well packaged too - the only thing that could have broken them in transit is if they got ran over.I’m lookong forward to ordering the hotter flavors down the road!

The "with a kick" is no lie!
No cilantro! 10/10 best salsa. I got medium which is probably extra hot in regular store brands. The flavors really pop with a great heat that lingers. Amazing on avocado toast, nachos and with your favorite chip

Tasty Salsa
Tried a lot of different salsas, this was recommended to me by a friend. Originally from Texas, medium has a bigger kick than most medium salsas I have had. Highly recommend.

This is stuff is just wonderful.
I know the family that developed this, but have no personal interest in the product. This review is unsolicited as well.I was around to hear the story of all the hard work that went into the final product. The owner agonized for years over getting the retail version as close to possible as his fresh, homemade salsa. The while family are truthfully very sincere, honest, generous, hardworking, and kind people. They care a great deal about this being the best it can be, and are justifiably proud of their product. I was also a regular taste-tester, and remember giving feedback on countless jars that weren't quite "on the money" for various reasons, and the final handful were extremely consistent. Many friends and family encouraged them to put the product in production, but they were adamant about getting it just right. Personally, I'm glad they waited.I've been eating this retail version since it was first in limited release at Central Market in Texas. When I opened that first jar and the smell hit me, I knew this was as close to fresh made as you can get in a jar. It smells and tastes nearly identical to what they make fresh and serve at home. This is the freshest tasting salsa I have found in a jar, and we eat a LOT of salsas. There are many good ones, but this is a perennial favorite at our table and with the many guests in our home. There is something interesting in the flavor profile I could never quite identify... almost like Indian spices. It is just different enough from the usual Texas salsas that I really find it a special treat. I DO have problems putting the jar away once I open it. Wether that is a place or minus depends on your level of self-discipline, I suppose, but for me it is a huge win.I'm a chili-head, and the hot is actually a little on the warm side, though that doesn't stop me from piling it on thick. If you're not into plenty of (but not overwhelming) heat, start with the medium. The kids love the mild, and the flavor is actually pretty similar across the board. Also, this is a rare salsa that goes well on chips, in tacos, or to cook with. I eat it on eggs, migas, fajitas, and with chips (often) for a snack. If you're looking for something of excellent quality and just different enough to pique your interest, I don't think you can go wrong here. I hope you will enjoy it as much as we do.
