Great insoles. But XL is not 32 cm, it is 31 cm. Had to return the product

I have flat feet, absolutely no arches. If I have to stand or walk more than an hour, my feet really start to ache. For the most part I try to avoid being on my feet very long. But when I need to do so, this product helps by making the interface between my feet and shoes softer. I don't have plantar fasciitis, but these inserts would probably help with that condition also. I was born with feet as flat as a pancake. The foot pain sets in sooner as I've gotten older, though I don't know why. I recommend this product because in my situation they helped lessen and delay the onset of foot pain. If I stay on my feet long enough, they'll still begin to hurt even while wearing these inserts, but this product delays the pain starting for me and lessened its intensity. I can't speak to what it would be like to walk for an extended period, like all day or several hours, since I avoid standing that long. But still when I have to stand for a while, these inserts help me.

These inserts work well and give moderately decent arch support. I am currently using them in my slippers. I need the arch support for my plantar faciatis and these fill that need.

I think these would be good for a work boot or hiking boot, but they lift my heel too high to use in a low rise running shoe or sneaker, and are too rigid to use in a high top court shoe. The heel of the shoe doesn't cup my heel properly with these in. However, in a lace up boot, these work pretty well. I have a number of these inserts for different foot wear, and in my opinion -for my use and feet- these are in the lower range of quality and effectiveness. Decent support and comfort, but perhaps questionable for PF and regular use.

You need a pair of shoes that are a little big for you so that You can get your feet in your shoes with these in them. I will keep looking for the right pair of shoes to use these in. They have great arch supports and padded hills. When I find the right pair of shoes these will work great!

These are an improvement over nothing but I have to add additional arch support to them. I was able to trim the toes so they fit perfectly in my woman's 12N shoes. They are better than say discount store generic ones.

These insoles are OK. They have a nice heel cup to stabilize that part of my foot. Arch support is average; medium height, not high arch support. Cushioning is average too; not as much as some other insoles. If you don't need much arch support or cushioning, these insoles might work for you.

These orthotic insole provides you with good support, they protect the arch and relieves foot pain, they’re very comfortable, they help stabilizes the ankle and relieves ankle, joint, and back pain, allows me to stand and walk for a long time. Great Quality Product! Recommend It!
