quality is very decent, great finish of the cover/ stitching, and pillow material is soft, but the foam itself is not so soft, and foam springs up very fast from when you press it. It might be suitable for taller and bigger build people. As for small petite people, the foam is quite hard, and not adjusting much based on lower body weight, and smaller/ lighter heads and smaller body dimensions. Did not fit the purpose for petite people, as described online and made up with image for women. but if you are taller/ bigger, go ahead its a decent to great quality for you.
