Panasonic Industrial CR123A Lithium Battery 3V 6 Pack

I put two of these in an LED flashlight and so far, so good. The flashlight operates with normal brightness just as it should. For the price these seem like a good value. They are much cheaper than a retail store, by far. They arrived in a small white paperboard box of six batteries with an expiration date of 02-2036. They appear to be in new, unused condition, and my prior experience with Panasonic products has generally been good.

These work perfectly for my window alarm sensors.

This is the first time I’ve tried out Panasonic Cr123 batteries. Negative Reviews I’ve read stated the batteries weren’t current. Meaning they didn’t have a 10 year shelf life due to the fact that they had received back dated batteries. You have to remember that all stores do this. Ever order produce at your local market, pick them up and when you get home they aren’t the best selection!? There’s a reason for that. Same with meats too. They are hoping that the customer doesn’t pay attention to those details. But those types of practices should bring negative reviews about the item or battery itself. The negative review should be aimed towards Amazon or whatever business which means using TRUST PILOT. You can always return the batteries or any item if they don’t match the description. Streamlight Cr123 batteries are just not good. I always received current dates but there overall performance while being used and waiting to be used was just consistently terrible so I gave them a 2 star. Newest Gen of Duracell Cr123 performed as expected in use. And they hadn’t lost any performance while waiting to be used unlike streamlight. Panasonic has always been consistent to I don’t expect any issues but if one arises I’ll update this review.

The fire department said Panasonic (& 1 other) should be the only batteries to use in smoke alarms & who would know better ???
