Farmer Queen dried Radish (Product of Korea) 6oz /170g

Q: I know it's not crunchy or whatever the natural fresh texture is after rehydrated? I am attempting Kimchi here.

I bought this product for the first time to duplicate this recipe of a pickled I guess kimchee , It was crunchy, on the package, it tells you how to prepare this dried radish, I haven’t quite got the taste I wanted but it was crunchy.
