What is going on at SRAM?
Absolute garbage of a company. Apparently, there is widespread issue with the power meters getting 'bricked' after the latest software update, and SRAM is doing NOTHING about it. I contacted SRAM support and all I got back was template reply with troubleshooting steps that I already went through multiple times. It's been almost a month since I contacted them and I've gotten zero follow up.... I'm not sure what's going on at SRAM but it seems like they're just pumping out components and outsourcing their software development to third parties and hoping customers continue to buy their garbage. I spent thousands on my bike which came with SRAM components because I trusted their reputation..... I learned my lesson, going back to SHIMANO.

Only non-rechargeable Lithium AAA batteries. Very expensive!
It only uses non-rechargeable Lithium AAA batteries, which makes batteries to be included in budget. I bought high capacity, long lasting performance Ni-MH type AAA Panasonic Eneloop Pro rechargeable batteries with 12 V and up to 950 mAh, and it didn't work in the device
