It is an electric stapler that works with batteries or plugged in an outlet. It is portable but not manual. I love the one I have.

It loads staples fine. I've had no problems except that it's a little noisy.

does it use a whole strip of staples or half?

There are 2 different versions of this stapler. Mine does half strips. I was really confused when I first got this as I believed mine to be faulty as the staple-holder-thingy never slid out all the way. Came back and read the description and it makes sense now.

This will change your stapling life...

Very fast and positive stapling action. Easily goes through 16 sheets of 80gsm. It's not so happy with 20 sheets of 80 gsm but that is quite a lot of paper to staple. Great for basic home use. Simple packaging and delivered promptly.
