Too wide
I had to drill at angles to get the screws into the studs behind the wall. Otherwise I'm very happy with them

Sturdy and perfect for staining!
I needed hangers for my bedside pendant lamps and am so glad I found these! They were raw, unfinished, unvarnished pine wood. I lightly sanded them and then stained them to match the bedframe I built. Super easy to install and very sturdy. Couldn't be happier with them!

Mediocre Product
Definitely not solid wood. Feels like a flimsy wood by-product. If you're only wanting to use these brackets to support a light-weight board / shelf with a couple small plants - fine. These are definitely not capable of supporting anything like heavy books. Shame.

Very light weight
They felt very light and brittle. I didn't have confidence in them supporting the shelf I was building so I took an alternate route. I think most would be better off building their own. supports.
