The description says there are 5 settings but fhen it says press the start and release until you are finished grinding. Is it automatic or not?

Make sure you place enough beans in the top so that the number on the side of the unit is consistent with the amount shown in the grinder cup. If you set the number to 4 for example, and only put in enough beans for 2 cups, it won't start. If you make the beans and number of cups consistent, you should be able to merely press the start button, release it, and it will automatically grind and shut off.

Is this grinder made in the usa as is stated, looks exactly like another one made in china?
