Made in USA. Sterility Tested in USA and processed and Packaged in USA. Beware of extremely less expensive vial suppliers from China. Their sterility testing protocols are not like USA.

Excellent.
Exactly what I was looking for. All vials arrived intact and safely sealed. The vials are exactly as pictures and they're made of thick, high-quality glass, so I'm not nervous about them being overly fragile and breaking like with some other, cheaper serum vials that I've owned in the past. The stoppers on these vials are also of high quality and I can imagine them lasting a good, long time. I'm very satisfied with my purchase and I'll surely return when I need more.

Alright alright alright
Good quality vials, worked perfectly. And the seller is even better! Between two orders I had a broken vial, and one with some condensation. They were very responsive to emails and remedied the situation immediately!

Poorly made caps fall right off
These were a disappointment. Appearance of cheaply made product. Critically important: the caps were barely crimped in place and easily popped off... rendering them completely useless since obviously they can’t be considered sterile, much less reliable.

Jury still out on this one
The first one I tried wasn't under vacuum. Hope this is an anomaly.

Inconsistent quality - some caps are not fully crimped
I've purchased about 100 of these and found as much as 10% are improperly sealed. However, I don't feel it's a cheap product. The 90% are properly crimped and perfect, with good rubber seals and proper caps - they simply need to train their staff to properly crimp the aluminum caps, and proper QA to verify quality prior to shipment. I have a crimper here and after several clients reported receiving improperly crimped vials with caps pulling off, I now take a few minutes with each batch to recrimp these properly with my own tool. At roughly $1.40 a vial, it's not an aggravation I care to deal with and with our shipping volume increasing I've had to pull manufacture back in house. Since we've got good quality crimpers, I'm now making them in-house for one-third the cost and with proper quality controls in place so that I never need to apologize and ship replacements again. A 1% failure rate is acceptable, but 10% is a major failure on the suppliers part. It would seem that some staff understand how to correctly perform the crimping operation, while at least a portion of their workforce unfortunately do not. It's an easy problem to solve but until they have quality assurance that prevents shipping so many defective units - I'll just do it myself and save costs at the same time.
