Got these at I have been suffering forearm and elbow pains training back. This style seems to be favoured by strong men so thought I’d try these over normal straps.Pros, definitely do as I intended after deadlifting I got next to no forearm pain and about 80% less elbow pain,Comfortable whilst liftingCons, loose while wearing but my preference is very tight straps,Cannot be used for double dumbbells,Cannot remove immediately like straps after putting the weight down,Not adjustable,Long term grip strength will suffer

Easy to use and robust

Gave me great grip on deadlift and lat pull. I bearly had to hold them and they stayed on my hands. Did cause alot of friction and hands were red afterwards, but that's the same for any type of lifting strap

I use this for deadlifts, they provide very good support to hold the barbell.

They’re ok, not as good as normal lifting straps

Been using wraps that wrap around the bar for years, so thought I'd try the figure 8 alternative.As expected, they are easier to get on and off (primarily used for deadlifts) which makes the set up process quicker.However, I don't feel as secure using these as the other style. They feel a little big to me, but that's just my opinion.The wraps feel well made and I'm sure they'll last well. If I could give 4.5 stars I would.

Eine der sinnvollsten Ergänzungen im Gym - die Zughilfe!AQF hat mit "Figur 8" ein Produkt wie viele Andere für die Menschen auf den Markt geworfen, die schwere Zugbewegungen an der fehlenden Griffstärke scheitern lassen. Und wenn wir diese Schwachstelle umgehen können, können wir auch an die richtig schweren Gewichte ran!Figur 8 habe ich 3x die Woche im Einsatz - ob beim vorgebeugten Rudern, Latzug, sitzendem Rudern oder dem Deadlift - das Produkt lässt mich nie im Stich! Die Verarbeitung ist so gut, dass ich mir nie Sorgen machen müsste, die Schlaufen würden reißen, oder einschneiden.Ob es jetzt genau die Figur 8 sein müssen oder ein vergleichbares Konkurrenzprodukt, ist jedem selbst überlassen. Ich kann nur sagen: Diese Art der Zughilfe (die ich "besser" als ihre Wickelkonkurrenten ansehe) ist ebenso Pflicht fürs schwere Training, wie der Gürtel.Und zumindest für die AQF Figur 8 kann ich bedenkenlos eine Empfehlung für Jeden aussprechen! Hier passts einfach - ohne Wenn und Aber. Die gehen nicht kaputt. Ganz sicher nicht.Ich wette, die überleben noch die nächsten 100 Jahre - so fest und stabil sind sie verarbeitet.

Buenos straps, cómodos y resistentes. Cuando hay que reventar en peso, se les da una vuelta para que estén más apretados y a darle a los 200kg. 🤷🏻‍♂️
