If the leg straps are uncomfortable you can trim the ends to make them fit comfortably. **Q: What is the resistance of pounds on the green bands?** A: The rating of the green resistance bands is a range of 40-68 pounds. Keep in mind resistance bands that are used around the thigh are not going to work like normal weights. Depending on your height and hip diameter the resistance each user feels will be different. As the green kbands stretch they will progressively add resistance while allowing full range of motion. Generally we suggest progressive training. Yellow Kbands are used for youth athletes and come in our under 110 pound sets. Red Kbands are the next progression when adding resistance. Youth athletes will progress to this level before the Green Kbands. The over 110 sets come with Red and Green Kbands which allows progression for older athletes. Red Kbands are a great place to begin before moving on to the Green Kbands. **Q: can I buy the 2 Blue Resistance Bands 65 lbs separately?** A: At this time we do not have those for sale here on amazon.
