**Q: I keep seeing 100% cheese that has wood fiber added, does this product contain ANYTHING other than cheese?**
A: Yes it technically has "wood" fiber added. It is "cellulose" which is added to prevent caking. You can see it in the ingredient list.

**Q: Is this GMO free?**
A: I took this from their product page - In my experience if it is not clearly denied I would not assume it is not. Contact the seller or maker and ask about GMOs in the product.  Watch out for responses that are nota clear 'no GMO's in product'. Taste:  taste is just middle of the road - about as good as most store generic brands. **Q: What is the source of the cellulose?**
A: Not sure, but maybe this will help!  Maybe wood pulp????

A recently released document pertaining to an ongoing cheese-related FDA investigation makes clear how widespread cheese fraud has been. It’s common for manufacturers to use a small amount of wood pulp (cellulose) as a bulking agent. The acceptable limit set by the FDA is just 2% of the total weight. Several manufacturers were using much, much more.

**Q: Is this honestly really grass fed? i see complains 7 years ago and still not updated?**
A: I don't know where the cows are living so I can't attest to whether they're truly grass-fed, but the cheese is grated parmesan and I thought it's delicious.
