Easy to take
I take this in addition to my normal prenantal since most prenatals have around 600 mcg of folate and my doctor recommended at minimum of 1 MG per day, she is happy with the extra folate intake especially because it in its natural form Folate vs folic acid. Its a small capsule and easy to swallow, no taste and no upset stomach with it.

No nausea
