Tesoro A3 Tuned in-Ear Pro Gaming Headphone with Mic and in-Line Controls TS-A3 (BK)

This pair sounded really good for the first few months I had them, but then the left earbud stopped working. I emailed Tesoro customer service, and got no response. I've kept emailing them, with no responses. I started emailing at the begining of April. It's the begininhg of September now. If this is how their customer support is going to be, I don't plan on buying any of their products anytime soon.

The sound on these is incredibly great. With equalization, the tones are satisfactory in all rangesI absolutely love the car and accessories they came with. The magnetic bindings on the buds make them ready to store.I heard that they were a bit uncomfortable, but I resolved to love them anyway. My ear canals are large enough for them to fit snuggly, I never have to worry about them taking out or anything, but after about 40 minutes of listening, they start to hurry a bit, but I've gotten progressively more used to it, and I've grown to love them dearly

If it wasn't for comfort these earbuds I recommend to others great sound quality works with Xbox and PlayStation but the computer plugin that comes with 2 and mic and a earbud I tried putting it in there couldn't fit all the way in once I take it at all the way I had a literally feel like I was breaking the cable to get it out I would break the cable anyway if I were to pull it by the cable

My Roccat Syva ($25-$30) and my Panasonic ergofit earbuds (~$10) I use them interchangeably, unless I need a mic for PS4 gaming then it's the Syva's.These Tesoro A3 set blows them out the water when it comes to sound quality, the sound range and clarity are truly outstanding for an in-ear set and will match many over-the-ear sets in sound quality which is amazing.But wearing them is a chore. It's not the actual earbud portion that goes into the ear but instead the drivers. They're huge in comparison to other in-ear sets and seeing as these are metal, they have a textured pair of rings for easy griping that textured portion will rub the inside of your ear. The drivers are also longer than most in-ear sets so if you have a habit laying down while gaming, listening to music or watching videos in your mobile device you are literally held hostage by a 30 degree turn angle before you pinch your ear between the driver and your pillow. A problem I don't have when using my roccat's or Panasonic's.I'm bummed too, I've written this entire review while using these Tesoro earbuds and the music sounds AMAZING! But my ears also hurts.If Tesoro can reiterate the tech in these earbuds into a more comfortable set or develop the tech into an over-the-ear set they will have a killer set of headphones that will compete in the gaming market against the best the market has to offer.Until then they have a great technical product that very few will enjoy using comfortably.

Do Not buy it...I ordered one...dosnt work .....also its kinda big for the ear ,,,hate it

At first I was shocked and very dissapointed in the quality of these headphones, and I was getting ready to return them. But I tried burning them in an attempt to give it one more chance. Turns out it did the trick! I'm no expert on sound quality but I'm pretty happy with this purchase!

Gigantisches musikverhalten, epischer Bass. ... tut leider nach 3h durch die rändelung um Ohr weh... empfehle daher die erste rändelung zu entfernen (Schleifpapier oder Feile) deswegen nur 4 von 5 Sternen
