Venom in My Veinz

I really enjoyed this book! Was definitely a page turner with a lot of surprises. I can generally guess what is going to happen because I read so many books, but this one caught me by surprise several times which I loved!! The end left me wanting more!! Can’t wait to find out what happens to Bromise and Chasidy!

Most urban fiction books that I've read have been predictable ! However with Venom In My Veins, not only did the prologue pull you completely in, but with each page brought on new curiosity. I didn't expect it would but I was completely wrong. I couldn't wait to pick back up where I left off, I even slacked off at work just a little bit due to my piqued interest. Chastity & Bromise make the perfect power couple. My favorite character was of course Bromise, he is the truth & with great description provided, I was able to envision just the way he looked, I think I fell in love :) Anyways, never did I expect the book to end the way it did, especially with Bromise knowing....I can't wait for the second installment!!!!! Me and Bromise definitely need to get reacquainted ! I can truly say to you Rumont Tekay, you definitely handled that :)

Peace so I have been waiting to drop my review of this book! OK I'm ready. DOPE.....is all I can say. Bromise is a savage!! Growing up in Fillmore Cali, I have been around hitters like him. The truth that Rumont brought out in the pages had me not wanting to stop reading. So instead of one day it took me two days to read this page turner. All I can say is the future of writing is looking up!! And Venom in my Veinz is definitely a must have.

Brilliant!!! From beginning to end, this book had 100% of my attention. So many twists and turns that keep you wanting more. I especially loved the relationship of Bromise and Chasidy. The paradox between their tough external world and their soft vulnerable sides are intriguing…and your ability to show the masculine and feminine in the 2 characters was fabulous. I can't wait to read the sequel!

when you read this book you will not be disappointed!! action packed, where you feel the love of the streets as well as the love that's between Bromise and Chasidy!! There was times when I was reading the book I had to make myself read word for word and not move ahead to see what was going to happen!!! I anxiously waiting for part 2!!!
