I stock up on this anytime I think about it. I throw rotisserie chicken and chopped kielbasa in and have a quick and hearty dinner. It does get a bit spicy for me, so I usually cook up some white rice at the same time and mix in after everything is done cooking. This helps tame the spiciness. I love this stuff!

This stuff is great. Add lightly sauted peppers, onions, and celery. The "Z" variety isn't bad, and is more readily available, but Slap Ya Mama is the bomb...

Love this stuff!! Had it with andouille sausage and shrimp. Great meal! The seasoning was perfect, not too spicy. Wife could enjoy and I added a little tobacco. Anxiously waiting for red beans and rice to arrive.
